The hotel was amazing, and the staff was exceptionally hospitable! Special thanks to the guest relation department that organised our boat trip to Dia and had a wonderful time!! Also, the view was very nice from any point of the hotel, I highly recommend this place

Where should I begin? The hotel was a great surprise. The man at the gate welcomed us with a smile and helped us to the reception. They also park the car for you, something you don't see so often. Checking in was so easy, they sent us an email a couple of days so that we could check in online. The welcome drink was so refreshing after a long day. The room was a dream! We had originally booked a Premium Room with a pool, but after being told that they have availability, we upgraded to a Luxury One Bedroom with a pool. Best decision ever! The staff is very welcoming, from the reception to the restaurant and ready to help anytime. Food was quite tasty, although we had only breakfast in our package, but we visited the Lemoni restaurant a couple of times. We would definitely recommend it, we hope we come back soon.

The food was absolutely amazing, huge compliments to chef Kostas and his team for the variety and quality at every meal. Everything was so fresh and full of flavor!! The drinks were great,with plenty of options and always perfectly made. Service overall was excellent, the staff were super friendly and attentive. And the view from the hotel was just stunning. It really added the whole experience. Definitely coming back!!

Great hotel, the design is fancy but simple, everything is in the right dosages. great service, great atmosphere, very clean, food fresh with a wide variety of dishes foor everybody. the swimming pool water was warm(mid April) so i really enjoyed the fact i can swim. also the water in the swimming pools are very clean. they really take care of all little details of everything. The spa is very nice, the massage in the spa i received from a women name Maga was very good.

We checked in very late, they parked our car and had a late night snack in the restaurant waiting for us. Our room was lovely , had a welcome plate of fruit, some chocolates, and a bottle of wine. Coffee maker in the room , kettle , and a fridge were nice extras. Bed was comfy , and the room was set up very well. Breakfast was very good , serving staff was awesome at breakfast. Loved our pool , and was able to enjoy it once the weather cleared up. Car valets did a great job moving everyone’s cars, day and night. Housekeeping lady was very efficient , she did a great job , and was very sweet. If you’re in this area, this is the place to stay. Bravo, from Canada :)

Very disappointed. We were a couple who went for 5 nights and this was advertised as a 5 star hotel but didn’t live up to that rating. The weather was bad which wasn’t the hotels fault, but they offered no entertainment or indoor space for the guests. The good: The hotel looks lovely and is clean. The cleaners were amazing and the staff were generally friendly. The couples massage was fantastic, really worth giving it a go. The bad: The food was cold, every meal was cold. Lots of guests were complaining but nothing was done. The food was bland with a poor choice. We were all inclusive but you still have to pay for bottled water, even at meal times. It’s €4.5 for a 1 litre bottle which is expensive if you want one each meal. When it rained there were buckets on the floor in the restaurant and bar catching the water leaking through the roof. They were very slow at the bar with the drinks, and several times came up with different excuses including ran out of an ingredient or offering cheaper alternatives. Not impressed, would not go back.

Brilliant hotel with equally brilliant service! The staff were simply amazing—friendly, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. We were a group of 11, mostly vegetarian (with a few avoiding eggs too), and the team went out of their way to accommodate all our dietary needs without a hitch. While our room was a bit on the smaller side, the warmth and hospitality of the staff—and the owner—more than made up for it. An unforgettable experience, thanks to a wonderful hotel and a truly outstanding team!

It’s been a year and a half since we had our trip to Esperides, (June 2023) I think about it all of the time, it was one of the best holidays I’ve had. The hotel was stunning, we got picked up at the entrance in a buggy and taken to the reception to check in. Was a fun and welcoming arrival! We had half bored with breakfast and dinner, the food choices were incredible, and in the evening they had a live chef food station with a themed dish. Cocktails were lovely, we both drank so many frozen daiquiris and accidently got ourselves a large bill 😂 worth it! The area is perfect too, we hired a car and drove through lots of town around Crete, so good for exploring! The local town by the hotel has so many restaurants to choose from, a truly authentic place. Walk down to the beach to the far left and the water is stunningly blue! We also did a quick day trip to Santorini, beautiful! This was mine and my partners first holiday together and it was perfect, the hotel, the staff, the place!
