the hotel staff are very kind, you have a golf kart taking you anywhere in the hotel if you don't feel like walking, their sister hotel nana golden, has many activities for little kids - and you can walk there or take the gold kart the pool in your room in nana princess can be heated to any degree you wish the food at the meat restaurant was also very good

My review for Nana Princess on Crete is a full 5 stars – it was simply perfect! The rooms were impeccably clean and well-appointed, immediately giving a sense of luxury and comfort. The hotel's ambiance is stunning; modern, stylish decor and breathtaking views of the sea made my stay an unforgettable experience. Another highlight was the exceptional service. The staff was not only highly professional but also extremely friendly and helpful. Whether it was recommendations for excursions or special requests at breakfast, the team at Nana Princess always went above and beyond to meet my needs. The culinary variety at the hotel was also outstanding. The restaurants offered a wide range of exquisite dishes that delighted every palate. The wellness area with its diverse offerings provided the perfect relaxation after a long day at the beach. Overall, Nana Princess exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return. A huge thank you to the entire team for making this an unforgettable stay!

Excellence guest relations and the staff were very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing vacation. The food at the meat in point was one of the best meals I have ever had. I also would definitely come here again .

We spent 5 nights at Nana Princess and had a great, relaxing time. While pretty well booked, the hotel always felt quiet and whether pool, beach or gym, in many cases we were pretty much by ourselves. Can definitely recommend it for a family or couples getaway into the sun…

Would 100% recommend the Nana Princess. We stayed 10 days with our 2 year old boy. The hotel feels serene due to the way it's set up and all rooms having their own pools. It's meant this way, and when you get used to it (took us a day or 2) you won't want anything else. Or if you do you can use all facilities from their much larger sister resort, which you can just walk to. The room with private pool is top notch, housekeeping too. Beach and pool area's very good. Gym and Spa amazing. Breakfast is great, a la carte plus a large buffet. Lunch served at the beach or at the poolside restaurant. Dinner (and roomservice) is superb too. 2 restaurants to choose from, one fish/sushi and one meat oriented, extensive wine selection. Both are very good. Airport pick-up top notch. Overall 5 out of 5 score without doubt. However there is one thing that definitely stands out from other high end 5* hotels and that is their service. 6 out of 5 score. I won't call out names due to privacy reasons but everyone at the Nana Princess is going the extra mile to make your stay extra special. Our 2y old adored it, and already misses his newly made friends, as do we. The team really went above and beyond, from breakfast treats to beach side dancing with the teams, every interaction with someone from the team made our stay extra special for us, but especially for our little one. Thanks to the team for making our stay so special, We will be back for sure!

We have just enjoyed a week at this fantastic hotel. The location is perfect. The staff are all incredible and the food is exceptional. Breakfast each morning is either buffet or a la carte set at the top of the hotel , overlooking the bay. We have just rebooked for May 2025.
