A standard American country hotel, with large rooms, complete facilities, and friendly service staff who always smile. The breakfast is a bit too simple, which is in line with the design of American hotels, but it is too simple.

The room was nice and spacious for my family. Plenty of comfortable furniture for them to lay around on. The room could have been an little cleaner, some stuff still on the carpets and an old French frie under the telephone. Breakfast was decent, bagels, cereal, mini waffles. Overall a good stay!

Only 5 min from Hershey park and 10 min from all restaurants really enjoying staying in this hotel.

This hotel was fine for a weekend trip to the park and outlets. Very easy to get to the park and other attractions from the hotel.
The front desk was very helpful and accommodating, the gentleman working there even got on the phone with my Door Dasher and helped guide him to the correct address.
Breakfast is what you would expect, cereal, waffles, eggs and sausage, etc. and there is coffee available 24 hours. It wasn't a big deal to me but the room didn't have a coffee maker (I don't use them anyway).
The room was clean but we were there for two nights and nobody came to take trash or refresh the towel supply.
It was a pleasant enough stay though and convenient to where we wanted to be.

Good value for price. Other name brands almost 2x cost - this will do. Clean enough. Rooms could use a freshening up but acceptable. Nice staff. Decent breakfast - does the job. There was stained blood on chair in rm 304 - replace that bad boy!
