Our experience was filled with nice touches. When we booked we received confirmation with a picture of the type of room we were going to stay in. As restaurant on reduced menu on Wednesday and Thursday I had requested some suggestions where we could eat and received a comprehensive list. My wife is a coeliac and she was provided with fresh gluten-free bread on both days and encouraged to take some to make a sandwich for lunchtime. All the staff were friendly and helpful without exception and we were made to feel really welcome. Our room was clean and comfortable and matched the picture we were sent. We had a balcony overlooking the lake (albeit somewhat obstructed by trees) and there were cushions and a tablecloth for the balcony furniture. Breakfast was delicious and fresh - able to order whatever eggs liked. We ate at the hotel on the Thursday evening and whilst a reduced menu once again they catered well for my wife - they adapted the Wiener Schnitzel. The hotel is right by the lake and the promenade which leads to other restaurants and provides a really nice run. In summary cannot praise staff enough and hotel was extremely comfortable and convenient.

We stayed here for 2 nights before flying out of Munich. The property is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is parking and the breakfast was on of the best we had. We also had dinner at the restaurant which was very good. I’m terms of places to stay at this location I think it is the best.

In wunderbarer Lage, direkt am Ammersee, die Berge zum greifen nahe..idealer Ausgangspunkt, da direkt am See, nur durch die Uferpromenade vom Wasser getrennt & es gibt einen eigenen Steg für Hotelgäste. Zuvorkommender & freundlicher Service. Zimmer zweckmäßig und doch gemütlich, top 👍

Das Hotel hat uns super gefallen. Die Zimmer sind toll, die Lage ist toll und auch das Personal ist super. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich.Wir können dieses Hotel guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten auch super Glück mit dem Wetter.

Wir hatten zu 6 Personen ein Sylvesterarrangement gebucht. Leider ist das Hotel für solche Feste völlig ungeeignet. Es gibt keine Bar. Ab 23.00 Uhr gibt es (außer an Sylvester selbst natürlich) keine Getränke mehr. Der Service ist unterkühlt. An Sylvester erwartete uns ein nett gedeckter Tisch aber null Sylvester Dekoration. Keine Luftschlange, kein Luftballon, kein Glücksbringer. Da kommt keine richtige Stimmung auf. Die Speisen waren gut zubereitet, nicht mehr aber auch nicht weniger.

Wir waren als Paar 4 Tage im Ammersee-Hotel. Das Hotel liegt direkt am See. Wir hatten ein Dachgeschoss-Zimmer mit Seeblick. Vor dem Haus gibt es genügend PKW-Parkplätze und 2 E-Lade-Parkplätze. Wir hatten mit HP gebucht (3 Gang Genuss-Menü). das Zimmer im OG hatte ein Doppelbett mit sehr weicher Matratze. Für uns nicht so bequem, aber andere Gäste lieben es wohl. Das Bad hatte eine Dusche; alles ist in sehr gutem Zustand, allerdings nicht auf neuestem Stand. Es gab einen Stuhl im Zimmer; ne kleine Couch wäre nicht schlecht, aber der Platz fehlt dafür. Die Klima-Anlage ist auch etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber die super nette Mitarbeiterin am Empfang hat immer geholfen :-) Alles in allem ein schönes Zimmer mit kleinen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten. Die Service-Damen haben beim Reinigen einen sehr guten Job gemacht. Das Frühstück war im UG mit Blick auf den See. Uns hat das Frühstück sehr gut geschmeckt und gefallen. Letztendlich bekommt man alles was man sich wünscht in top Qualität. Das Abendessen war hervorragend. Die Menüs waren außergewöhnlich gut. Für jeden ob Fleisch oder vegetarisch ... top Niveau und abwechslungsreich. Die Getränke- / Wein-Auswahl war sehr gut. Und die Getränkepreise absolut fair. Alle Bedienungen / Personal im Restaurant sind auf hohem bis höchstem Niveau. Sie sind super freundlich und haben auch immer etwas Zeit zum Reden. Auch die Damen an der Rezeption sind immer für einen ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Service wie man ihn sich vorstellt. Es waren 4 sehr schöne Tage.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am See und ist vom Bahnhof Herrsching in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Unser Zimmer im 2. Stock hatten einen traumhaften Ausblick auf den Ammersee. Das Essen (wir hatten Halbpension) war hervorragend. Auch das Frühstück war super lecker und es gab eine reichliche Auswahl. Die Hot Stone Massage, die wir gebucht hatten, war ein Traum.

Die Zimmer sind schön, leider hat das Personal mit Gästekontakt ein Problem beim Servicegedanken. Wir waren nur zwei Nächte dort aber haben unangenehme Erfahrungen gemacht, wie wir diese noch nicht erlebt hatten. Wir werden um dieses Hotel in Zukunft einen Bogen machen.
