the grounds are very nice with a pond where you can use the free boat, swim or even ice skate at your own risk. the pond water isn’t really clean so i wouldn’t swim there. and it’s just a meter deep. but it completes the beauty of the place. the room (junior suite) was very spacious and clean and is disabled-friendly. we got bathrobes, towels and slippers. the rooms also have a safe. there is a mini bar, complimentary tea and coffee. so there was a coffee machine and a kettle. they have a bio sauna, finnish sauna and a steam bath. which were really amazing. they also have a gym and a large swimming pool which was my favorite thing to use during our stay. weddings are often held there because of the beautiful view of the castle just behind the patio where bride and groom are standing.

A beautiful location and place but expensive and the Restaurang close 8 pm (on a Friday) Great breakfast but expensive 16 EUR / per person (even for kids) and are not included if you book from ex, booking (even if Booking told you it should be included) Not to recommend if you are a family of four, then you you need to book a suit (expensive) to mange 4 beds in same accommodation. Nice pool area, free parking, Air Conditioning in the room (suits)

Einfach gesagt PERFEKT!🤩 Wir hatten den Swimmingpool und Sauna fast für uns alleine. Essen,Service 10 von 10!(lob an den Koch und Küche Personal) Musik in Hintergrund …Entspannung pur!🎶 Ganze Gegend mit den Schloss uns See-wunderschönen!🏰 Wir haben die Zeit genossen 😊

Übernachtung mit Frühstück im Zuge einer Hochzeit.Wunderschöne Location.Der See ist sehr schön und das Schloss sowie der Innenhof.In der Nacht schön Beleuchtet.Frühstück war sehr gut. Zimmer Modern eingerichtet.Personal ist freundlich.

Da zeitgleich eine Hochzeit stattgefunden hat wurden wir wie Bittsteller und Gäste 2. Wahl behandelt. Restauration Fehlanzeige. Selbst die Frage nach einem Nachmittagskaffee wurde von 5 Personen verneint. Der zufällig angetroffene Hotelmanager hat uns dann erklärt das es überhaupt kein Problem wäre einen Kaffee zu bekommen. Dafür ist ein Spaziergang rund um den See wegen der Hochzeit nicht möglich. Zum Frühstück wurden wir ins Extrakammerl verfrachtet. Je Zimmer wollte man uns 234 statt den bestätigten 203 Euro verrechnen. Das überforderte Personal an der Rezeption wollte zur Klärung "die Chefin holen" . Die war zunächst nicht da und Minuten später hieß es "die ist auf Urlaub"... Wir reisen sehr viel und hatten bisher nie irgendwelche Probleme. Der skurrile Aufenthalt in Hernstein wird in Erinnerung, und ein Einzelfall bleiben! Wer dort nicht heiratet, sollte sich einen Aufenthalt überlegen. Als "normaler" Gast ist man dort offenbar mehr im Weg. Zumindest reist man mit einem solchen Gefühl wieder ab.

Der Hoteldirektor hat vergessen seine Mannschaft zu schulen. In Rezeption Frauen waren nett und hilfsbereit aber besonders ein junger Mann soll nicht in dieser Branche arbeiten. Beim frühstück muss man um alles nachfragen, Qualität auch schwach. Das schlimmste: Polster zum schlafen!!!! Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Bestehen nur aus klumpen. Es ist schwer zu definieren was drinnen ist. Am WE augenscheinlich finden im Schloss Hochzeiten statt. Für Gäste im Hotel ist somit bis in die morgen Stunden nicht möglich in Ruhe zu schlafen. Pool sehr groß. Außenbereich mit Liegen nichts besonderes. Wir kommen sicher nicht wieder!!!

Eiin sehr sauberes Hotel, das für einen Kurzurlaub alle Wünsche befriedigt. Tolles Ambiente, ruhige Lage, gute Küche, Wellness, Fitnessstudio..... Leider fehlt es an den Kleinigkeiten. Einen Mitarbeitern fehlt der Blick fürs Detsil. Z.B. stehen am Morgen noch die leeren gebrauchten Tassen und Gläser herum. Das Spiegelei beim Frühstück ist kalt. Teilweise wirkt das Hotel kühl und nicht warm (das ist aber subjektiv).

Das Schloss bietet nicht nur eine historische Anziehungskraft sondern auch moderne,bequeme Zimmer ,kostbare Speisen,freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal an.Es lohnt sich einen langen Spaziergang im Park zu machen. Vielen Dank!
