Service ok, amenities not good they don’t have good signs for things on the building need to improve

Because I had to wait for clients in Washington, I stayed at the Westin for two nights. The hotel door faces a beautiful lake and bridge. When the weather is good, it is very comfortable to go out and walk the dog. The photo is of the lake facing the room where I live. There is a gym, swimming pool, bar and restaurant, and a free shuttle to the airport. It is good to stay casually if you have to catch a flight or have a layover.

The staff here are friendly. The room hygiene is also very good, it is indeed a star choice. There are also many facilities, and there are also places for walking outside the hotel. There is also a gym on the 2nd floor. But what I want to complain about is that there are fees for parking and Internet access.

I stayed there for one night during my transfer. The room was very clean and safe. It was not far from the airport. There was a hotel bus, which was very convenient. The staff was also very friendly. Facilities: Very complete

Check in and check out was quick. The room is quite clean, the bed is big enough, and the bath water is good. Breakfast was average, maybe my expectations were too high😎.

The service wasn’t great, could be better. At least to get the baggage to the room. The room has strong unpleasant smell. The heated water ran out very soon after getting in the shower.

when I arrived, the staff at check in were polite until I discovered that I had lost my credit card while in Portugal. I was very distraught and dumped my purse several times while looking for the card. I had $97 US in my wallet and some Euros that I had not yet changed. They refused to take the $97 and would not let me into my already paid for room. I requested the manager and was told one was not available. My husband had to esign an credit card authorization to get me into my room

It was close enough to Dulles, but without being under the flight pattern. There was a group in the lobby when we checked in that were very loud and using offensive language to the point that we almost decided to cancel our reservation.

Amazing! The shuttle driver picked us up at the airport, told us how to best get in to DC, then took us to the nearest metro station, picked us up after and even took us to a store to get things we needed. He alone went above and beyond, but in the evening, we went down to the bar for a few drinks. The bartender was fabulous, and w met some great new friends there! Couldn't have been any hapier with the whole experience!
