Shuttle operation ist from 7am till 10pm. So we Had to call a taxi twice. Breakfast also starts at 7am. Inacceptable for an airport hotel.

THe hotel is in a nice, quiet area and easy to get to. Adequate parking, Suites are nice, clean and roomy. Kitchen had plates and utensils, and pretty much everything needed.
Didn't try breakfast, but saw that it was available. Staff was very helpful.

Plenty of room for 8. Comfortable beds. Full kitchen and living room. Two bathrooms: one with a tub and the other one a walkable shower. No elevator ☺️.

We were assigned a room that was undergoing maintenance, so we had to trek our bags back down the stairs (no elevators) and to the car and head back to the office. They assigned another room without further hassle, but in the new room, within 5 minutes, the toilet overflowed all over the bathroom (after a number 1–no paper used). They cleaned it up pretty quickly, but we won’t be staying there again.

Mr. Myron at front desk was personable and was able to honor my request to upgrade my room from King to Queens. Property is close to dining options, pet friendly and was clean. I will return for another staycation.

Wasn’t bad trip unfortunately had family kids above me funny around all night and then around 1 am I guess the flooded the bath woke to water falling down from the bathroom

This is an interesting hotel - it feels like converted apartments. The lobby is nice and the desk staff were efficient and courteous. I had a first floor room which felt a bit damp and musty. It also smelled of cigarettes. I was offered a room change but I was only staying one night, so did not want to re-pack and move. The suite was nicely laid out, and would have been a pleasant place to stay, but the couch really needs replacing. It was stained and sagging, and made the room feel like a cheap motel. The bed was comfortable enough, and the bathroom was just fine. I did not use the kitchen.

This was a great place for my stay in VA. We had a 2 bedroom/2 bath suite which was perfect for me, my two young kids and my parents. The breakfast offerings were a big step up from a continental breakfast! The room had plenty of space, and the area was quiet and safe. The tub in the second bathroom didn't drain well, but that was the only issue with the room and that was a minor one. Over all, I would definitely stay here again!

The room needs to be detailed cleaned. Was there from Monday to Friday room wasn’t serviced until Thursday. Had to ask front desk for towels and things and toilet paper. Both times seemed like it was a problem. We had to dump our own trash. Not mention room was very stuffy.
