We stay only 1 night but it was very nice near the beach

Great location
Old, very creaky house. Stairs to top floor were very steep. We could have spent lots more time there.

Tout est sale, tout est moitié cassé.Lamentable de trouver ca en location.Même pas de volet dans la salle de bain...Les photos résument la situation, et ce n'est qu'un petit échantillon....Passez votre tour...

Photo exterieure mensongère
Extérieur difficilement reconnaissable par rapport à l'annonce. Pas de beau jardin verdoyant. Photo idyllique remontant à quelques années. Terrain en chantier pour construction d'un bâtiment à
côté de la location. Pas d'exterieur, (balcon, terrasse ou jardin). Le petit balcon du duplex est réservé à la location voisine. Vue sur un grand mur avec antenne et le bâtiment en construction. Le propriétaire nous offre la location du linge et le ménage en compensation des nuisances qui pour lui n'en sont pas... sinon appartement confortable mais pas ultra propre au niveau cuisine (hotte, papier qui se decolle) des interrupteurs. Très decevant.

superbe location
trop court moment pour vraiment tester la location , vu que nous n'avons fait que dormir . ( journées consacrées à crapahuter sur le festival cidre et dragon ) mais nous gardons l adresse pour y revenir un vrai weekend histoire de bien profiter du lieu

Horrible a fuir
Nous sommes restés 15 minures et nous avons cherché en urgence un autre logement : fenêtre ouverte alors qu'il a plu toute la journee du coup plein d'eau dans la maison, une température avoisinant les 12 degrés. Porte du four defoncee evier cassé toile d'araignée dans les passages de portes, tiroir casse, set de table effiloches, douche avec joints moisis et une odeur d'egout, une odeur de chien mouillé dans toute la maison et pour courroner le tout une enorme antenne relais devant le jardin. En regardant les photos on s'apercoit qu'elles sont prises pour cacher tous les defauts. Quand on avertit le propriétaire que l'on part au vue de l'etat deplorable de son logement la seule reponse est le client est roi. Lamentable. Tres peu dz chance que l'on repasse par abritel, pas tres serieux comme site.
