We stayed 2 nights at this hotel whilst on a road trip along the Garden Route We decided to upgrade our room for the 2 nights at a very small cost as it had a sea view and with binoculars we could watch whales in the bay - Southern Right Whales females calf’s and males The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble There are no facilities to eat dinner but there are plenty of restaurants in Hermanus for all tastes and preferences Breakfast was cooked to order and was amazing - no need for lunch We worth considering staying if you are traveling the garden route

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. We were there for 2 nights and both rooms were spotless and had balconies that had sea views. They have plenty of parking, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. We didn’t use the pool as it was a bit cold. If you get a chance do the cliff walk you’ll see lots of nature and some great views. The local restaurants are also very good. Highly recommended.

Kids loved the buffet breakfast. Would recommend trying their amazing homemade jams. The staff serving a breakfast were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful setting for a hotel. We sat on the sun lounges looking out over the mountains and sea front. We stayed in the le paradis apartments at the harbour House hotel. They were very clean, spacious and felt luxurious.

We booked self catering apartments. The location was good. The apartment had everything we needed. They have a good secure car park. The breakfast was located in the main hotel and was lovely, lots of choice. Staff were great and very helpful.. The reception staff checked out whale watching tours in the area and booked the trip we wanted to do for us. If ever we come back we would stay here again.

Wow wow wow!! Words couldnt express our experience accurately enough! We arrived in Hermanus and were lucky enough to book the last available room which was a romantic room too with a newly installed wood fired hot tub to add to our excitement. Kevin and his staff were amazing and very helpful. We were so impressed that we even extended our stay! Thank you to Kevin and his fantastic staff/team for making our stay a memorable one!!

An amazing hotel in a stunning location with lots of shops and restaurants in your doorstep. The accommodation is excellent with comfortable beds and clean apartments. The pool area is lovely and the complementary tea and scones are a lovely touch.
