The hotel is located conveniently only 5 mins from Ficks Pool and a short walk from the main shops. The hotel upgraded us to a balcony sea view room and we received complementary wine. The room was beautiful, very clean, with dstv and netflix services available. We also had a bathtub and a lovely balcony view. During load shedding the main lights remained on and the wifi was still active. The staff was also very kind and professional.

The decoration of the hotel is very exquisite, in European aristocratic style. The front desk service was very enthusiastic, and the female manager took the initiative to upgrade me to a sea view room on the second floor. As soon as I entered the room, I saw two whales spraying water on the beach on the balcony. It deserves to be called a whale watching town, with sea view + whale, the scenery is really good.

From the moment that we entered the Misty Waves it was a absolute 5star experience. The very helpful & friendly front desk staff made us feel at home immediately. The rooms were far more spacious, modern decorated & great quality linen than most places. There's enough space for clothing and all your goodies. Wi-fi super fast and all TV channels you desired. Lovely outside chairs with a stunning walk way to the restaurant and pool area. The Buffet brekkie was delicious & the Seaview while enjoying it. I will recommend the little GEM . Walking distance from everything. You will definitely see us again. Till next time. The Weber Family

All the reception staff could not have been more helpful. Restaurant staff were great and breakfast was well prepared and really good food. Henri and Maxine the hotel owners were really helpful. The hotel beds are large and very comfortable. We look forward to visiting again.

We had such a lovely stay at Misty Waves Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, so friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The room was beautifully comfortable, with thoughtful touches and attention to detail that made it feel extra special. Everything was spotlessly clean and clearly well maintained, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast – generous, delicious, and beautifully presented. We left feeling well rested and well looked after. Highly recommend this gem!

Our stay started with a warm hearty reception. The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. The entire hotel were absolutely clean and neat at all times. The decor is stunning and service amazing. The rooms very comfortable, stylish spacious. I see the hotel as an absolute gem where we feel at home in the calm quite atmosphere. Absolutely stunning and we will recommend it with no doubt. Our friends and absolutely in love with the photos we shared on social media. We thank u for a heavenly stay and will certainly be back if possible anytime.

We had the most amazing time at Misty Waves Hotel. Personnel went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Sorted a little problem we had in 5 seconds. Spoiled us. Everyone we dealt with was so friendly and helpful. The whole hotel is so elegantly decorated. It was an absolute positive experience staying here. The room had everything necessary for a comfortable stay, with the most breathtaking view of the bay. Loved the bathroom in the Penthouse Suite. The Heritage restaurant where we had the complimentary breakfast was just A-ma-zing!! Scrumptious food, beautifully presented. Very friendly and helpful staff.
