Stayed two nights while returning from Hamburg / Baltic Sea to enjoy the Südheide / Lüneburger Heide - rooms were well equipped and staff friendly - breakfast was delicious and with big variety - swimming pool and saune facilty rather disappointing - sufficient parking around hotel however with a daily charge

A very large and slightly impersonal hotel, it has an excellent bar and restaurant. Service on arrival was efficient and friendly. Room was large, but not a double bed, Twins pushed together with separate single duvets and very firm mattress. My room smelled of cigarettes in spite of requesting non-smoking. No bath. It was quiet. So far 2 stars, but redeemed by an excellent restaurant where I had wonderful jaeger schnitzel with chips, and salad. Very good value for money too!

Ein tolles Hotel mitten in der Heide. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen. Die Buffets am Abend waren sehr schmackhaft und für jeden was dabei. Auch das Frühstück fanden wir sehr reichlich und gut. Wurden noch nie vom Chefkoch persönlich am Buffet begrüßt. Tolles nettes Personal überall. Auch die Zimmer waren sauber und gemütlich. Kleiner Wermutstropfen war das, nur langsam, laufende WLAN im Zimmer. Sonst aber alles Top.

An vielen Stellen ist das Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider wies die Rechnung Positionen auf, die nicht gebucht waren. Das wurde umgehend korrigiert.

Personal, Essen, Bier, Zimmer, alles super! Das Schwimmbad war klasse. Das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen. Bei Fragen wurde man nicht alleine gelassen. Alles super! Auch der Parkplatz war ganz in der Nähe und jeder hatte dort genügend Platz.

Ein schönes ruhiges Hotel, ideal für einen Kurzurlaub in der Lüneburger Heide. Sowohl die Doppelzimmer als auch die Einzelzimmer sind komfortabel ausgestattet, das Frühstück ist perfekt, alles vorhanden und nicht übertrieben. Warum der hoteleigene Parkplatz auf der gegenüberliegenden Straße gebührenpflichtig ist, bleibt ein Geheimnis.

Die Größe des Zimmers war für eine Übernachtung ausreichend, das Bett angenehm groß. Das Bad war allerdings das kleinste, welches ich jemals im Rahmen einer Hotelübernachtung erlebt habe. Bei meiner Körpergröße (191 cm) war es trotz schlanker Statur kaum möglich, sich zu bewegen, ohne irgendwo anzuecken. Die Duschkabine ließ sich leider nicht vollständig schließen. Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet waren qualitativ gut und reichhaltig ausgestattet.

Lage in einem herrlichen kleinen Ort, Parkplätze direkt am Hotel für 3 Euro die Nacht, wunderbares Frühstücksbuffet, prima Zimmer, einzig mein Zimmer war unterm Dach was mir nichts ausmachte was aber im Sommer unangenehm werden könnte da keine Klimaanlge vorhanden
