Nice and cozy place. We stayed there for a week in a business trip. Rooms are comfy, service is good and staff members are really helpful. I really liked the breakfast, a lot of choice and healthy. Didn't have the chance to try it, but the hotel have a spa and a gym. Overall, nice experience!

We joined a traditional rifle match in Switzerland in the Kanton Appenzell. We stayed in this Hotel Herisau which we found on Tripadvisor. It was a pleasant surprise. The room was big. The furnitures and decoration tasty and well maintained. The service very friendly. It is just fun to stay here.

I was on vacation at the Hotel Herisau from August 22nd to 31st, 2022. A very nice hotel room, tasty regional dishes and a great spa area. I felt very comfortable during my stay in Herisau. The hotel is also perfectly located next to the train station if you want to go hiking. Check-in and out worked flawlessly and there was even a welcome drink. Very friendly and attentive staff. Just great goodness. Can recommend this hotel to everyone.

Erster Zwischenstop auf der Fahrt in den Urlaub, nahe an Sankt-Gallen, aber ruhig und mit kostenlosem Parkplatz mit direktem Aufzug zum Hotel. Sehr zuvorkommende und kompetente Damen an der Rezeption, ein intelligent möbliertes, geräumiges Zimmer mit großem Duschbad da für Behinderte geeignet. Einziger Abstrich : wie in vielen Hotels zu wenig Platz im Bad, um zwei Kulturtaschen bequem abzustellen. Wann werden die Innenarchitekten sich endlich an die Stelle der Benutzer versetzen??? Köstliches Frühstücksbüffet mit vielen Produkten örtlicher Provenienz, das Restaurant nicht getestet denn am Abend unseres Aufenthalts geschlossen. Alles in allem wärmstens zu empfehlen sowohl für Urlaubs- als auch für Geschäftsreisen.

Hotel davvero rilassante, la nostra camera era molto pulita e grande, con letti singoli, doccia spaziosa e molto pulita. Abbiamo trovato le ciotoline e la copertina per il nostro cagnolino, davvero gentili. Ottimo il servizio e la colazione. Ci torneremo e lo consigliamo.
