Basic but not bad. This isn't a luxury hotel, and doesn't offer a lot of amenities like pool, spa, exercise area, etc., but staff was friendly and efficient, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty basic with fewer options that somewhere more expensive, but for the cost, I've routinely paid 2x as much and not gotten a lot more for the price. I would have no qualms staying here again if I need a room in Herington.

Didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. I understand it was build mainly for the railroad workers (no railroad near this hotel) but we were 1 of 2 guests staying here. It was very clean although very basic. The coffeepot was broken and we had to ask for a luggage rack which was brought to us upon request. Breakfast was waffles, juice, cereal, coffee and I think yogurt.
