My first impressions were great. I found the motel grounds to be clean, and I liked how the room had hardwood floors and modern furniture. After that, it went downhill. The room smelled like mothballs. They also lacked basic soundproofing, Good WIFI, a coffee maker and adequate showering facilities. - No sound proofing. It is hard to sleep when you hear every car speeding by on the freeway all night long. - Showering facilities were not adequate. The height of the shower heads are for short people. If you are 5 feet tall, you will be okay. If you are not, you will need to dip your head into the shower stream to wash your hair. Then there were the towels. They were very rough on my skin. They felt a little like sandpaper. - I couldn't access the WIFI. Thank god I didn't need it. - The mornings were made more difficult with no coffee maker available. Make sure you give yourself some extra time to make a Starbucks run. - The room had a weird smell. It wouldn't say it was horrible, but it wasn't pleasant. Kinda like mothballs. - No daily cleaning service. I had to come back to a dirty room. However, I'm beginning to see this as a post-COVID norm for most moel rooms. On the plus side. It was very affordable.
