B&B HOTEL Herblay

Horrible catastrophic stay, 20 minutes of waiting for a hostess to appear at reception otherwise there was no one there, once arrived the hostess asked me to pay again for the hotel room except the payment had been made on the site and didn't want to hear anything then realized her mistake after 5 minutes of negotiation.. Subsequently she asks her colleague if room no.. is "done" her colleague responds in a firm tone “I don't just have that to do, I've finished my hours, I think it's good” how professional it is to speak like that in front of clients.. a sketch, the nightmare arrived when we discovered the room which was in an unsanitary condition, empty water bottle forgotten, fresh yellow stains throughout the room as well as in the bathroom, hair wrapped in the bedding, absence of soap, soundproofing, spider web and the best of all the air conditioning was not functional with 40° heat.. after noticing all these faults we went to reception to bring it all up and change rooms they never came and we never saw them again! ! first and last time it's a shame!

A l’arrivée dans cet hôtel, on croit accéder à une décharge ( Déchets, matelas…sur le parking !)Inadmissible!! Quand à la chambre, la porte de la chambre fermée laissait voir le couloir par un espace ! Petit-déjeuner plus que minimaliste ! Une arnaque totale durant le salon du Bourget où tous les hôtels étaient complets et où je n’ai pas eu le choix à regret! Il n’est même pas digne d’un classement 2* avec un tarif de 4* de 170€ la nuit! Du vol littéralement. Détournez votre chemin car il est totalement inadmissible de faire une offre de logement aussi médiocre au beau milieu d’une déchèterie à ce tarif exorbitant !

Nous avons séjourné à l’hôtel b&b d’Herblay. Les chambres sentent la cigarette, les lits sont cassés. Hôtel à fuir c’est une catastrophe pour une chaîne d’hôtel réputée. Le service client ne souhaite pas rembourser le séjour malgré cela.

Kamer is vies en ruikt niet fris. Harde matrassen en vieze lucht de hele tijd. Niet tevreden over twee nachten in de oktober 2023.

Merci de ne plus me suggérer cet hôtel quand je l’ai très mal noté par rapport aux prestations décevantes+++pour le prix de 170€00 exorbitant …une vraie décharge sur le parking extérieur , des portes de chambre qui ne jointent pas….même pas acceptable pour un tarif inférieur !
