The staff service is very good, the facilities and food are very satisfactory. The only thing is that the hotel only provides bottled water on the first day, but you can buy it near the hotel. In addition, the hotel only provides one paper cup per person, and there is no cup supply at all in the bathroom. Paper cups cannot be washed multiple times and are not used for many days. Especially in the last two days, replacement is no longer available and has to be cleaned.

All of the staff were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. They took care of us like family. Especially the beach bar staff were #1. We were with a large group of friends and they were so attentive and added a lot of laughter and fun to our experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel in the complex but not for 4 stars. A little mechanical the park question. We had to leave the car by road to ask for the ticket at reception and then enter the parking at 200m.

It is only one block away from the shopping and pedestrian street, only a 5-minute walk from the beach, and only 4 kilometers from the airport. The suite is great, with a balcony. The hotel is clean and tidy. The original check-in at 2 pm was very intimate and informed that you can check in at 10 am. If you still go to Crete, you will definitely choose this hotel. The only thing missing is that there is no gym.

The breakfast variety is very rich and the location is very good on the top floor. The room was very good, there was hair on the pillow, but it didn't matter if I was thrown in the cabinet. As other guests comment, the block downstairs is very unfriendly, I don't know if they will attack people, but at least it looks scary, girls are best not to pass there at night

A beautiful hotel in the heart of Heraklion... the young, dynamic and efficient staff, from the reception to the breakfast services and restaurant on the roof, are nothing short of 10/10... At the reception (a blonde girl with blue eyes whose name I don't remember) very kind and friendly and professional in managing the city, the guys at breakfast were attentive to needs and requests (incredibly they remembered perfectly in the days following the first request) , the guys at the restaurant on the top floor are good and the cooks and chefs are exceptional.. If I return to Heraklion, it will be the only hire I will consider! There is a double bed and a single bed in the room. Although the space is not large, it is fully furnished: there is a wardrobe and a desk. The bathroom is not small, and there is a small window for ventilation. We had a corner room with a long balcony. Although the room faces a side street, the doors and windows are well insulated so you don't feel noisy when sleeping at night. The location of the hotel is pretty good, six or seven minutes' walk from the Lion Fountain. The front desk is greeted by a friendly uncle who speaks English, and the check-in and check-out procedures are simple and quick. There is a bus right in front of the hotel. Whether you are coming from the airport or taking a bus to Heraklion, there is a direct bus stop at the door. Hygiene is OK, there is a hot water kettle. Breakfast was richer than I expected. All in all, the price/performance ratio is very good.

Hotel location is convenient, breakfast is average, but more fruits, extra points. Hygienic conditions were average. The only time I had been in this hotel for two months was that I had been bitten by a few bales, which was really annoying. The old gentleman at the reception was good, the recommended restaurant was delicious.

Great hotel, the rooms were spotless, the cleaning staff were attentive and friendly, the front desk staff was cheerful and extremely helpful when I needed some meds on a Sunday. They searched for a pharmacy that was open, and then called to make sure. Great place. And the breakfast is very comprehensive!
