Wonderful experience in the heart of Heraklion! The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, providing a sense of comfort and relaxation. The hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay in the center of Heraklion.

Arrived at night and not a welcoming greeting. Everything dark and had to ring a door bell. After a few minutes, someone came from down the street. She was in a rush and did not want to take the time to answer our questions. Room in need of repair - no hot water in the sink, AC would only give heat (even after our host showed us how to put on the AC, only one valve on the toilet worked, mold growing in the showers...... glad this was only a on night stop over.

I have had a very good experience. For a sudden illness I had to cancel the booking the same day I should arrive, and they were so nice to refund me the money, reselling the room thanks , very polite people They wrote me immediately as soon as they found to rebook the room

Very very misleading photo. Room on the ground floor in the entrance hall, damp, dirty, and the infrastructure eaten away by humidity. Our room is on a street corner, on the ground floor, for peace and quiet: come back! The room smells of humidity and it's quite unpleasant.

Nuestra estadía, no fue grata. Dejamos olvidados 7 habanos cubanos…. Llamamos a los 4 días del check out. La respuesta fue que si los habían encontrado, pero los descartaron a los 2 días. Los objetos olvidados por los pasajeros nunca se descartan a los 2 días…. Poco creíble
