Because it is close to the port and attractions, I booked it for 2 days. Unfortunately, this is the worst hotel in my trip to Greece. There is a weird smell in the hotel. The sound insulation is poor, after all, it is on the island. But after staying for two days, the power outage occurred 3 times. The first two times were shorter, and the last time was longer, which was almost life-threatening. Because we left the hotel, we couldn't take the elevator. Although the service staff helped to take the boxes downstairs, the hotel was on the second floor, and we had to move one floor by ourselves after leaving the hotel; the hotel had watermelon for breakfast on the first day, and we were very happy. We even took 2 more pieces on purpose, but it turned out to be a bit sour when we ate it, an overnight watermelon in summer; in addition, we stayed for two days, and 2 drinking water bottles were provided on the first day, but not on the second day. I asked the front desk, and the front desk said that water was only provided on the first day. This is on the island, and the water in the pipes is not drinkable. Fortunately, there is a supermarket downstairs, but the logic of not providing water on the second day of check-in is too confusing. Is my room rate on the second day cheaper than the first day?

The hotel is in a good location, close to the commercial street, and it takes more than ten minutes to walk to the bus terminal and the port. However, the service level of the front desk is poor, and the professionalism is insufficient, especially the young lady on duty in the afternoon. We booked three rooms for 7 people. On the first day, each room was only given one door card, and each person was required to have a ticket. After repeated negotiations, she changed the subject and did not respond positively. Another lady at the front desk knew our request and made several door cards for us. We have two family rooms, and the wrong rooms were arranged (different room types). We opened our luggage and packed up and changed rooms again. We stayed for three days, but there were only two bottles of bottled water in the refrigerator (two-person room), and they were not refilled after cleaning. We negotiated with her, saying that it was the hotel policy to only provide free bottled water for one day, and guests would have to buy it on the first floor in the future. If we talk again, she simply ignored us with a dark face! The most outrageous thing was the last day. During breakfast in the morning, 3 of us took our luggage to the lobby so that we could check out after the meal and rush to the pier to take the boat. The man on duty at the front desk did not let their suitcases in and put them outside the door (out of sight of the front desk). After the meal, three suitcases were missing! We hurriedly negotiated with the man on duty, but he had no idea and said that they might have been loaded onto a truck and taken to the dock. We ran to the street and found a group of people loading luggage onto a truck, and then we found our luggage. This is the worst service of the four hotels we stayed in during our trip to Greece, and it is also the only one we gave a bad review.

The room was large with a large balcony and sea view. Located in the old town, there are many restaurants around, and the food is also very good. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and gave us a lot of travel suggestions.

Transportation is convenient, there are many restaurants to choose from, and it's easy to walk to interesting places nearby. There is a restaurant in the small square at noon, which is good and cheap. Rich breakfast

The hotel is in the city center and is much larger than hotels in Athens. It is also very close to the seaside, and there is a good commercial street next to it where you can eat. There is a convenience store downstairs which is very nice.

I chose this hotel because I had to do errands early the next morning. The hotel is located in the center of the old town, very close to Piazza Venezia and the church. The surrounding environment is good. There are restaurants, supermarkets and central parking downstairs. Parking is 7 euros per night, and there are 24 The little valet parking guy; it takes about 15 minutes to take a taxi from Heraklion Airport, and the taxi price is 15 euros; the room in this Ibis Styles is large by European standards, but the decoration is relatively rough, not like Ibis's convention is that it does not have a full bathroom; the toiletries are provided very casually, there are no slippers, and the linen is not very good; luckily there is a kettle.
