衞生差 ，環境極其不好，服務態度惡劣，設施落後，整個忻州河曲最差的賓館，前台服務態度極其惡劣，用人字去形容就對不起那個人字，賓館無德，無量溪。勸各位謹慎，以免上當受騙。

房間衹有四周有小燈，中間沒有大燈，主要是特別昏暗，衞生間也一樣，房間也就比酒店的樓道光好一點窗簾中間拉不上，拉個口子，主要是沒有空調（中央空調，衹能製冷，這是問客服客服説的）現在北方的氣温室內沒有空調暖氣之類的確實挺冷的，估計也就14 5度，床也不舒服，一晚上沒怎麼睡，早餐種類挺豐富，就是7點多去了就不熱了，總之是一點不值這個價格，再不會去第二次🙅‍♀️

服務態度極差，服務人員非常不專業，搞得跟欠他們****一樣，走的時候説的是按金原路返，結果3天了也沒返，打前台的電話説是平台留的不對，如果不是商旅平台這個錢就得我再過去取了，對了就是前台説的:我知道沒退，我給你保存這呢；我就*了，誰給你的權利讓你們幫我保管我的錢！？真是離了大譜！
