There are washing machines and dryers. The rooms are large and bright, the wifi is fast, and the sound insulation is average. It would be better if the restaurant and laundry room had toilets.

The room is quite big, but the pictures are totally wrong. We booked an elegant room. I told the customer service the night before that we were upgraded to a Yuyue room the next day. They helped me change the room, but when I went to the front desk, they didn't make the handover clear. The second thing is that the front desk is very unprofessional. They don't even know how to read the orders from Ctrip. They don't know what room type is and what the platform policy is. We went there again for this matter. The third thing is that the pictures don't match the actual situation. The Yuyue room type is completely different from the pictures. I stayed there for a few days and didn't want to change the room. I just liked that the room type could dry clothes. As a result, the drying space I was given was so small that it couldn't be any smaller. The hotel didn't come forward to give any explanation. The platform gave some compensation, which is why I like to book from Ctrip! In general, the price of the hotel is not bad. The room is larger than that of the same price. The consumables used are relatively poor, and the hotel management is relatively poor! The service and professionalism are not good

The water from the faucet was too strong and it was easy to splash on me, but this was acceptable. The mattress smelled of cigarettes when I brought my children with me, but I arrived in the middle of the night and passed by, so I stayed for one night.
