設施： 比較殘舊，早餐沒什麼吃的。
衞生：衞生一般般，進到房間一股味道
環境：靠近路邊比較吵，還有房間對面的廣場六點多就有人唱歌比吵。
服務：2號樓除了清潔阿姨，基本上看不到服務員。最奇葩的是6點多前台打電話來叫起床。

酒店很老 服務人大姐 真也不積極，據説酒店給的工資不到位，還要裁員，兩個人的工作給一個人幹。所以，這個服務大姐也快退休了，誰幹了二十年了，這個酒店快倒閉了。建議我們去周邊其他更好的酒店，價格也差不多，就是周邊的酒店在攜程沒合作。

北海春節由整體感知很差，是廣西出行體驗感最差的，這個酒店離北海很遠，春節住宿緊張而且是自駕就選擇了這。屋子很小挺潮濕的，最主要的是燈光太昏暗了，根本就沒法化粧，啥都看不清，設備陳舊，早餐餐廳一股異味影響食慾，工作人員態度也不是很好，窗户開了以後關不上讓工作人員幫忙，她讓自己管，你們窗户壞的沒有把手開的時候就是工作人員給開的呀，真是服了。全家出行廣西這是住的第三家酒店，跟另外兩家都差很多。

房間設計非常人性化，床也舒適，乾淨整潔！地理位置也十分便利。樓下有咖啡、橙汁，關鍵是橙汁不會太甜，很適合控糖的人。美式咖啡裏面加點橙汁進去特別好喝，可以嘗試一下哦。服務也非常貼心，每一個員工都親切友好！

真心強烈推薦這家酒店，房間很整潔，設施齊全，並且為客人貼心準備加濕器，其中有間房免費升級了親子房，小孩的拖鞋好可愛，裏面的玩具和設施也不錯

衞生很好，在剛下高速進城的一個十路🍑廣場對面，離商業中心不遠，周邊飯店很少，早餐不太多可吃飽。二號樓服務員不錯很熱情，還送了簡單的下午茶。
延時退房至15：00:這個很好。

推薦入住 位置好 對面就是廉州廣場 合浦居民納涼休閑的好地方 家長們看着孩子嬉戲 跳廣場舞的大媽多隊投影儀跟跳相互尬舞 好不熱鬧 酒店早餐提供了些當地美食 2號樓房是木地板 面積夠大 服務員熱情
