房間很小，床尾都快要和電視機接上頭了。衞生條件非常差！一進房間一股黴味，打開中央空調黴味更嚴重，浴巾黑黢黢的，枕套和床單都是別人用過的沒有換，想給前台打電話要兩個乾淨枕套自己換上吧，沒想到直接給送來了兩個枕頭，保安送來的時候説是新的，以為這倆枕頭肯定是乾淨的可以放心睡了，沒想到拿到燈下一看也有一片淡黃色的頭油，直接兩眼一黑，當天太累了最後放棄掙扎鋪上自己的衣服睡了一晚，就這種環境怎麼好意思賣260多的，次日在文山住的維也納都沒有這裏貴！本來是看着好評比較多定了這裏，沒想到這麼差勁！退房退按金的時候前台問我好評返現五元需要嗎，才知道這個店的好評原來都是這麼來的！唯一能拿出手的一點是周圍幾條街飯館很多，路邊攤也不少，吃飯方便，僅此而已。

環境一般，態度一般，旁邊近廉州廣場，人多喧鬧，唱歌音響聲不絕於耳。房間空間狹小，同價位我住過的數復最小的，關鍵還是個縣城，不知憑什麼，總體體驗較差！
