This hotel was decent but I've had nothing but problems with the front desk. I paid for my trip when I booked on this site. The hotel has also charged me for every night. My visa can't take much more. Each person at the front desk, including 2 managers, has sworn they could fix it and blamed others. At this point I am going to go straight to my visa and dispute everything. I would never ever stay here again not any other Choice hotel. NEVER!

The smell of chlorine was too strong, shower was dirty, and light fixtures did not work. Oh and the bed was broken

Despite having a paid reservation and having already checked in, the night shift claimed that the room was not rented to my family. They claimed that we had not paid for the room and called the police to have my family leave at 1am. I called to find out why my family was kicked out. They made the same claim. After carefully looking up the reservation, they confirmed the reservation for my family and asked if they were willing to come back. They had already checked in to a different motel at less than half the rate paid for this place. ******* was able to get my money back and refunded to my account.

When arriving to hotel we had no toilet paper, hand towels, or wash clothes in room. Both mornings for breakfast there was nothing ready, staff member in phone entire time. Many guests had to continue to ask for stuff

Sadly, this property is so outdated and run-down, I cannot recommend it at all. The hallways were filled with pot smoke, the carpets in both the hallways and rooms were very, very dirty. The bathtub was filled up with water and wouldn't drain. We didn't have any shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. We left after 2 nights and checked into the hotel right next door, which is SO much cleaner.
Hope this property can be updated. Definitely would never stay here again.

Mold on the ceilings , crumbling plaster all over , old beat up beds . Will not be back . Needs an update terribly .

On a Saturday morning the hotel was out of basics for breakfast at 9 AM. (No cream cheese for bagels, no syrup for waffles, no knives….)
The entire hotel needs updating. The couch in out room seemed to be from the 70s/80s.
USB outlets did not work in room.
Shampoo in shower was empty.
