The room is clean and tidy, and the service staff is kind and gentle, which makes me feel at home. I will choose to stay here next time, so I must give it a good review.

Hotel service and breakfast must be given 5 stars, breakfast is richer than imagined...! The hotel is apartment-style, with a large refrigerator and kitchen utensils. The stove is suitable for short-term rentals, and Walmart can be purchased nearby! The only fly in the ointment is that the air conditioning noise is too big, especially when it is automatically started, it is really big to sleep at night, so it must be turned off.

I had a very good experience at this hotel. Close to the airport, customer service was excellent. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast with delicious, enjoyed my stay. Will stay here again on my next trip to Richmond.

The service is not good, obviously wrote and breakfast actually said that there is no need to upgrade to vip. Black
