In fact, I didn’t do anything. I went back to the hotel at night. I forced the waiter to implement it, so I got tea, the shower head was repaired, and the hot water bottle was replaced. The smell in the bathroom seems to have not been dealt with properly. There is always a smell floating on the bed. It is better to close the bathroom door. This problem seems to be incurable; 3. The design of the desk and seat is unreasonable, and it is impossible to stretch your legs , so you can't work and use the computer, and it becomes a decoration (such as a photo). 4. I booked a video room with Ctrip. I thought it was a wall projection, but it turned out to be a very small TV (60 inches). This kind of TV cannot be called a video room. We are ordinary residents, not competitors of the hotel to find faults. We hope that the hotel will provide attentive service and improve accommodation satisfaction
