Staff are good, room is great for the price and the hotel is close to the G Train station.
Restaurant on the lobby floor is incredible.
The cheapest room is massive and perfect enough for a family let alone me on my own.

Just like that, I swiped my card to enter the cleaning room at around 9 o'clock in the morning. If it weren't for the suite having a separate door lock, I would have been seen naked in bed. The hotel has not done anything yet and thinks this matter is not serious. They don't care about the guests at all. No one can accept such a problem. And even after I complained, they still swiped the card and opened the door without saying hello. There was no privacy at all and it was a direct violation of people's privacy. Such behavior twice really makes it hard to understand how this hotel behaves. The manager still smiled and acted as if she was owed a hundred dollars. She didn't even have an attitude of admitting her mistake 🙂 The compensation plan given was to treat us to dinner after meal time and to send us to the airport instead of the original right. There was no intention of compensation at all. The attitude is also very rubbish
