就在南華大學附近，走路20分鐘左右，房間面積算比較大的，價格不高，但是衞生條件確實堪憂，一進門就發現地毯上面明顯還有一簇頭髮，讓重新打掃了一下，結果發現房間居然還有煙頭，床上有短頭髮，衞生間抽屜裏有頭髮。
