房間比較大，和圖片一樣，是按公寓裝修的。設施一般，電視都是壞的。開房間的時候也不提前説一下。服務一般，老闆和阿姨都是不冷不熱的態度，大家説的都是普通話就像聽不懂一樣溝通有點困難。訂房定的早，比五一臨近時候便宜，好像犯了好大錯誤一樣，盤問半天就是不給房卡鑰匙。到了十二點可以入住了還説沒有打掃完衞生不讓入住。説了半天才先滕了一間房出來放行李。

國慶節訂了七天來衡陽玩，這邊環境很温馨，很安靜，住七天沒壓力，而且老闆很熱情，在衡陽玩了好幾天好吃好玩的好多，（各種口味菜，燒烤夜市超級好吃，有很多仿古景點推薦拍照打卡）值得推薦，下次還來還住這裏！

一、入住時床上有頭髮（共發現四根，圖片僅展示部分），訂的雙人床，兩張床上都有（附圖）説明根本不怎麼換床單（訂的130一天換個床單應該問題不大吧）二、安置小區，傢俱有異味，估計是新裝修的串串房，包括空調開暖氣也有異味（開了1個小時就有點頭暈了）三、廁所小，蚊蟲多四、老闆態度極差，本來電動車停他後門，他讓我開前門去，説有***，我還説這老闆挺好，之後打電話叫我挪車，態度極差，威脅語氣而且陰陽怪氣，內容包括但不限於“要不是我脾氣好啊”“兄弟不是你這”，説話方式非常（惡評主要原因，但其他內容絕對真實）五、環境吵隔音差，聽得到別人家開門拿外賣的聲音，最關鍵早上有人在樓下大喊大叫（7，8點左右，共住兩天都有）雖然説訂的130的房確實不貴，但是這樣的環境為什麼不選擇更好的呢？

途徑衡陽，在十幾家酒店裡選擇了鑫宸酒店，性價比很高，房間很大，淋雨很沖。空調電視完善，下次路過還會入住。
