房子很大，而且有性價比，外面有免費停車場，很寬敞，老闆性格也比較隨和

很難評價，如果是考公的朋友建議訂個靠市區裏的酒店早點起床去考點，不然一整晚都是汽車轟隆轟隆的聲音很影響睡眠。隔音幾乎沒有。

被子上面味道很重，臭，旁邊是大馬路，晚上沒睡着過！真的一直有卡車過！很吵！但是老闆還挺好，沒電視看就還是給我弄出來5個台！

房間衞生乾淨。樓層都配有電梯。樓下有超市跟餐飲店，停車位也很多，正對面是衡陽綜合保税區。位置很好

店主服務態度極度惡劣！！！整個酒店隔音效果為零，前後是公路和鐵路，車來車往非常吵鬧，中午根本沒辦法睡着。很多大貨車，路過這裏就按喇叭！！！整個樓道，也是有人大聲説話！！！更可氣的是店主，反正誰入住，誰倒黴！！！
