Located in the 'city centre' it's around 10 minutes from restaurants and bars.
The hotel is a holiday inn, I'm not sure why the name doesn't say that.
Breakfast is local food; tasty, spicy and sweet.

入住後上洗手間，打開馬桶蓋，發現馬桶裏有長頭髮，也不知道是誰上了沒沖水，衞生質量堪憂啊！

酒店客房都是高層的，視野都還不錯，房間也很乾凈，全屋木地板，半個房間的地毯。就是床的話稍微小了點，不能肆意翻滾。哈哈

個人不太喜歡穿拖鞋，這個地面上一層灰，沙發上的漬是否太明顯了，礦泉水除了放屋裡的兩瓶以外，再加水三元一瓶🤣，現在酒店賣礦泉水確實不多了，而且智選假日酒店應該是連鎖的，不知道為什麼衡陽的要單獨銷售

首先談服務吧，培訓以及專業度很差。辦入住沒有識別洲際會員，另問能否都給兩瓶水，前台開口就是官腔説上面規定要收費，我説洲際會員會員也不行嗎，給的回答也是不行。態度冰冷，絲毫談不上服務。
衞生。訂的是一間套房。房間衞生清潔做得很差，窗户上密密麻麻的黑點痕跡，牆上可見的膠水印…
唯一好的就是點外賣有機器人送餐，不用下樓。
整體而言服務很一般。

酒店設施還行，基本符合這個價位的水平，不過房間沒有小冰箱，倒是放了個沒用的保險箱。
最主要的是服務意識真的欠缺，毫無服務質量，我攜程預訂詳情上面寫的清清楚楚房型升級，去前台check in ，工作人員提都不提，自動忽略了。其次我不知道我這個級別會員是不是都是免按金，但是我之前攜程訂房都是免按金的，然後這裏收取了按金；最重要的是房間衹有一床冬天的被子，問客房部要也沒有薄一點的被子，剛剛秋天就蓋厚棉被，晚上蓋着熱不蓋又冷，踢被子還搞得感冒了，反正入住體驗不好，服務水平低。

各方面都可以，第二天退房趕高鐵突然停電，住26樓啊前台電話打不通，沒有辦法就衹能走樓梯，我去26樓啊，再回來時前台小女孩送了小零食表示歉意，哪也算了。退房時前台告訴我説可以把車停到他們停車場，再回來住可以免費，誰知道出去物業保安收了40塊停車費，打了幾次電話給前台都説不用收費最後還是收了，物業保安完全不管事！
