老闆娘的態度非常差，本來大半夜去的晚了點兒，凌晨去的。叫老闆給開門，等了好長時間才開門，地方非常偏僻，很陰森很害怕。老闆娘説開空調要加20塊錢，實際上本人屋裡很涼快，根本就沒有怎麼開空調。想找她把20塊錢要回來，考慮到太晚了已經睡覺了就沒打擾她，沒跟他要，第2天延遲退房才1:30竟然還要跟我多收錢，太沒人情味了。

總體印象很不好，沒有熱水，電視也看不了，空調也沒啥效果，房間潮冷，一次性梳子房間都沒有，得一樣一樣去問着要。房間衞生也不好，被子不像每次換的。

房間乾淨整潔無異味 空間大 設施齊全 環境很不錯 隔壁就是早餐店 有停車場很方便還有 酒店工作人員很認真負責 服務熱情 在東西落在房間且我還沒有察覺的情況下 先與我進行了溝通聯繫 約定時間領回丟失物件
