優點：
綜合入住體驗（位置，衞生，服務態度等）滿意。
缺點：
房間隔音不好。
對門那家人很吵很吵，00:30不睡，7:00開始大喊大叫，把整棟樓吵醒，***，給前台打電話，前台説熟客不好説，剛想出去再次“提醒”順便“慰問”（前一天晚上00:30已提醒過），那家人走了，衹留我和我朋友兩個人被吵醒心裏窩火。
***。媽媽從小教我要有素質，***。就像剛剛那個家庭，媽媽是帶頭大喊大叫的，是無拘無束的，***，是形同虛設的。所以熊媽媽帶出來那兩個孩子就是熊孩子，***。
生氣歸生氣，不能影響我的行程，希望民宿老闆能注意這個問題，這樣回頭客和推薦才會越來越多。
希望住宿人自己可以管好自己，***

環境衞生很不錯，老闆人也好講話，來這麼多次南嶽，這次是不錯的一次體驗，下次還來這裏住，老闆煮的飯菜也很好吃，不貴，比外面的好吃也實惠

房子比較老舊，訂的兩間雙床房，打電話説要同一樓層，最後是相鄰，説好好好，去到發現根本沒有，然後住的閣樓房間，沒有窗户

總體感覺一般吧，大床房是二樓，窗外有一樓的抽油煙機，噪音很大，不隔音。位置不錯，出門就是萬壽廣場，不遠就是勝利坊登山入口，和遊客中心。這家酒店是我本次出行住過的最好的酒店

特價房住在閣樓有點意思，房間窗户無遮陽簾，樓下可以放煙花，晚上被煙花嚇醒，年味倒是挺重，離大廟近，熱水不太穩定，有時候會突然變冷，可能是跟其他住户共用燃氣熱水器？ 停車不方便…車多 沒什麼停車位 隔音差 廁所窗户對樓梯

跟我爸一起去爬衡山，這一片客棧特別多，很温馨，離景區也比較近，就在廣場旁邊，大冷天的烤火很温暖，小木屋的感覺。不錯，價格也很實惠。
