房間燈光很暗，有蚊子還有爬蟲，早知道是這樣的我也不會住，房間隔音一點也不行，外面走路都能聽見，總之很差，勸退

房間方正，很大，離火車站很近出站口左轉兩百米，很安靜，樓下的鹵粉也好吃，這個價位的房間如果再送兩瓶飲用水那就更好了。

衞生：從大廳樓道走廊房間都很乾凈，大廳樓道間還擺放了綠植
環境：靠近衡陽站，早上和晚上吃飯也方便，價格不高呀
服務：服務態度好，前台工作人員學力不低，辦理入住和退房手續很快，工作經驗豐富

火車站旁邊，價格實惠，衞生也不錯，如果有贈送瓶裝水和一次性拖鞋就更好了，旁邊吃飯也方便，距離火車站很近，總之還行。商務出差首選

睡眠不好的，不建議去，非常不隔音，樓上和樓下像隔了一層板一樣，聲音特大，設施比較老舊
