The sanitary conditions were average, and the walls were all dirty when they opened the sliding door. I only changed a toothbrush for cleaning the next day. I took away a pair of disposable slippers and didn't give a new one. The bathroom was given two shampoos without shower gel. The window view is nice, it is the green park of the community

服務挺好的，一共住了兩天，第二天早上浴室裏有一衹大蟑螂，大早上的簡直是嚇得魂飛魄散，膽小怕蟲的還是避雷下吧。雖然酒店方面送了小禮物補償，但還是差評督促下搞好衞生吧

高級雙床房棉結很大，性價比高；房間設施新，而且衞生乾淨，熱水充足。入住時正趕上下雪，但是院子裏的積雪沒有及時清理，跟前台説了一下，第二天早上發現清理了一下。早餐不錯。

自駕遊一個月，住宿環境最差的四星酒店，沒有之一，還不如2星漢庭。房間非常破舊，桌子枱麪都是土，白紙一擦全是黑。床單上還有煙灰。衞生間玻璃和牆和地都非常臟。馬桶座圈是歪的，淋雨噴頭無法調節，且水非常小。床頭也臟舊的厲害，如圖7。早餐廳就圖上這麼一丁點兒，種類少得可憐，餐廳餐巾紙盒如圖，臟到令人作嘔。整個酒店環境還不如一個普通招待所。老舊程度絕不是2020年新建。第一次在攜程看到點評4.8分和實際如此不符的酒店。電梯也很老舊，我坐電梯時候還咣啷噹一聲巨響，沒嚇死。電話免提鍵也是壞的，打了很多次前台電話也無人接聽。酒店人手缺得厲害。唯一還可以的就是零散幾個不專業的工作人員服務態度還可以，但一個個都像嘮嗑路人，完全沒有四星酒店專業工作人員的儀態。整個入住過程沒有和任何員工發生不愉快，但是酒店的設施環境真得是太差太差太差了。

天氣很冷，聽説南嶽的霧淞很漂亮，特意約了朋友一起去觀賞，在此酒店入住一晚，準備第二天清早爬山，沒想到體驗感還挺好，酒店漂亮，大堂大氣，前台的小姐姐語氣温柔，還準備了紅棗薑茶，冬日裏的一抹温暖很貼心.更暖心的是早上退房特別早還沒到早餐開餐時間，前台小姐姐還給我打包了幾個雞蛋玉米和紅薯給我們路上吃，有機會過來玩還會選擇入住此酒店！點贊👍
