設施：雖然酒店有點舊，設施比較古樸，還是通過軟裝提升了一點檔次。
衞生：很乾凈利索。
環境：整體都不錯。
服務：非常滿意，無論是晚上的宵夜、房間裏温馨的提醒，還是贈送樓下咖啡廳的茶水和咖啡等，處處都很有心。

垃圾桶沒有套垃圾袋，隨意放在洗手盆下面，沐浴露瓶子是空的，沖涼等着前台送沐浴露過來，無語，真害怕床單有沒有更換哦

酒店設施和環境都蠻好的 不是第一次入住了 每次來衡陽基本都是住這裏 有送水果 早餐也很不錯 還有洗衣服務都很不錯 這次入住服務員肖雲蓮和凌雙鳳的服務非常好 酒店很好 推薦大家入住 忘了拍照隨便插入一張圖片
