史詩級糟糕的體驗，到底户外20度，但是房間內晚上25度又悶又熱，打開窗也不通風，白天太陽一照27-28，睡到凌晨2點熱醒，酒店還告知中央空調這個季節不開，協調了一個多小時未果，還説最多給我一把電風扇，打電話給攜程投訴才解決直到凌晨三點半才捨得開製冷，300一晚的酒店就是這種態度，而且酒店還藉口説室內的温度計面板是壞的其實就20度，好在保留了證據，兩台設備都是25度左右，酒店聽到我要給差評後折扣也不願意給，第二天致歉也沒有，退房的時候和沒事發生一樣，而且裝修也很老枕頭的棉花都團一起了，在衡陽當地還敢賣300真的奇妙，你們要是願意大半夜和酒店扯事就儘管預訂

理由就是過年客人太多了，服務員少
但你房間價格也跟着旺季漲價了，為啥服務卻沒了？
送的水果也是不新鮮的
高級大床房給安排到和麻將桌一層樓，一宿睡得要多刺激有多刺激
大喊大叫，地毯已經發黴發黑
關門開門不介意的可以沖，
讓你對四星級有全新的理解
要不是攜程協調處理這一單的售後，一定會找消委會

服務態度非常好，地面沒車位，工作人員親自帶路引導到地下停車場，還幫忙拿行李，早餐非常豐富。房間甚至還有凈水器，去異味也做得很好，細節盡顯，性價比超級高的一家酒店。
