老闆夫妻倆很熱情，我們一家四口晚上九點半左右到達酒店的，和老闆夫妻倆聊了一會天，本來出去逛一逛發現女兒發燒了，因為時間挺晚街上葯店都已關門，最後在醫院開了點葯，老闆還要給我們自己家的泰諾林（因為醫院開的美林退燒葯用了後沒效果），第二天早上老闆娘還煮了肉蛋粉給我們吃，（我沒有吃早餐的習慣沒下樓吃，老公和兒子説很好吃），因小孩發燒就沒爬山了，第二天早上啟程回家，老闆娘熱心送我們上車，真的很感動，房間乾淨整潔，很舒適。祝老闆生意興隆，生活順心如意。下次放假還是要住這家。

房間沒有P圖，乾淨整潔，酒店位置很好，門前寬敞，一家三口出遊正好三張一米三的大床。老闆兩口子熱情好客，貼心的多拿了幾個衣架給我們，早上送的早餐是自家煮的米粉，配當地的腐乳鹹菜，味道真好，兒子吃的過癮。去景點老闆都是開車接送，看我們的車臟主動拿水槍給沖洗了。非常好的兩天入住體驗！

酒店環境還不錯，睡的很好，老闆也特別好，我是來南嶽衡山旅遊的，他從高鐵西站接送我們來酒店，第二天又給我們送到景區，然後我們爬完山準備回家，又將我們送到高鐵西站，可以説服務非常好，面面俱到，老闆也很熱心給我們講景區一些注意事項，整個過程下來，可以説體驗感非常好，愛了愛了

入住後見房間太小，太狹窄，一點也不象攜程網上所説的25平方，感覺最多衹有15平方的樣子，感覺被騙了！而且設備又落後不好用，，特別是沖涼房的那條擋水雨布，太難看了！最差的一次訂酒店！
