所有房間走廊開窗，不隔音，鄰屋燒開水都能聽見。衞生情況一般。有電熱毯，冬天舒適。同價位的，在國內同類型景區山頂住宿僅是多人間上下鋪或膠囊，此價格給出單間誠意已至，無法挑剔。
山莊提供餐飲，菜單明碼標價，早餐15一位，雞蛋米線味道可口，可以品嚐。
店家待客熱情洋溢，山莊距祝融峯徒步15分鐘，是山頂住宿觀日出較好選擇。

觀景台的下面，利用觀景台下面的地形建起來的民宿，兩層一樓是吃飯，二樓是住宿，老闆娘挺不錯的，衞生乾淨

房間確實不大，隔間都是用三合板隔開的，廁所就是一條縫，但是這個位置這個價格確實是不錯的，畢竟觀景台就在房頂，對於想看日出又起不來的朋友來説，這個地方算是絕佳，至少比住帳篷舒服，雖然大床房沒空調，但是老闆會很早就把電熱毯打開，大冬天的晚上不會冷，不給高分是因為和市區對比，但是整體來説還是可以接受

爬了那麼遠的山，到山頂還有一個可以住得起的賓館，頓時覺得非常安慰。而且睜開眼推開窗户，就正見日出，那種不經意的美好，盡顯優越。老闆娘一家包括跟着媽媽來山上的小姑娘都很善良可愛。普通的飯菜標上普通的價格，在這即使坐車也要坐到吐才能到達的山頂，頗顯得不普通了。

我們是下午6點多達到山頂的，老遠就看到紅衣服的大姐在路邊上接應，非常熱情，笑容滿面。
服務：長者家腿腳不好，比較節省，紅衣老闆娘都做了很好的安排，情商很高。
房間：標間比大床景觀要好，房間要大。
山頂上，潮濕多霧，牆壁和地面都是濕漉漉的，但是床上有電熱毯很暖和。
硬件上隔音確實不太好，過道上走路咳嗽猶如在身邊，大床房的衞生間也比較小，風格粗獷，但是這是山上，已經很不容易了。
餐食：店裡有衡陽米粉，15元一份，非常好吃，熱氣騰騰的，青菜也是自己種的，要是願意可以自己炒也沒問題。
總體來説，紅衣大姐的態度讓我決定下次來就找她😊

趕上了今年冬天第一場霧凇，景很美風很大，圖片就是酒店門口的風景，沿着酒店側邊樓梯走上去就是望日台，位置超級好，就是零度天氣水管和空調外機被凍住，沒自來水沒空調有電熱毯。

衡山南嶽觀景山莊位置挺好，在觀景台邊，早上直接上來1分鐘，看日出很方便，國慶幾天多雲天氣霧挺大，基本看不到，民宿乾淨衞生服務挺好，樓上有早餐樓下有早餐，吃飯都非常方便。
