我訂的是一個2米的床，結果在樓梯口，還對着過到，我要求換個房，換了之後他説衹有一個了，你還不滿意也沒辦法了，換了一個房間就這態度了，那個房間還是1.8米的床，我訂的是14點退房，12點就一直敲門，和工作人員説了之後還一直説就是12點退房，平台上明明清清楚楚是14點，我出差回來8點才睡，後面還是我去找客服解決的，衞生什麼的也一般，還有一點味道。

訂了三間房，其他兩間還湊合，有一間不隔音，環境太差，地板移動，牆紙壞了，衞生間還特別大味，還有空調的聲音趕上拖拉機的聲音了，睡覺時衹能關掉。昨晚上太累了，時間也太晚。就沒找前台換了房間，這麼差的房間怎麼能提供給顧客，不知道老闆怎麼想的

房間唯一一個窗户外面是樓梯，還不能鎖，別人可以開，房門的鎖也是壞的，進去一次再進去就要掃一個小程序，前台也不告知，服務挺好的，酒店也沒門面，一樓衹有一個電梯

員工素質有待提高，到店的時候辦理入住了，進房間了才發現衞生沒有打掃，第2天下午在睡覺，一直在那使勁的敲門，讓我給他在小程序上點打掃衞生，為了得4塊錢，説了再睡覺還不聽，一直敲，我有什麼義務幫你拿4塊錢。走的時候12點就一直催

一般真的很少給差評，這次真的體驗極差。
1、房間裏空調聲音特別大，跟在高速上開着窗户一樣。
2、房間不知是隔壁還是上下層有搞直播的，就是那種噁心的低音炮持續在放着，時不時還來句“感謝大哥”之類的，衹有晚上十點到第二天早上八點是消停的，懂得都懂。
3、酒店窗户特別小，並且下面就是辦公區，目測一米多點，窗簾愣是不能開。
最後建議睡眠淺的朋友們慎點，噪聲太大，根本睡不好。
