There is no elevator in the area where the suite is located, which would be troublesome if you have a lot of luggage. However, other facilities are complete and the service is quite adequate to meet all your needs. There are restaurants, supermarkets and attractions nearby, within walking distance. Overall, I'm quite satisfied, but there are indeed people singing and dancing in the park next to it all day long. The only deduction is the environmental noise. Although it has nothing to do with the hotel, friends who have poor sleep quality still need to be mentally prepared.

看了評論就特意從長沙的賓館（每天給4瓶水）拿了三瓶水、一卷衞生紙帶來，入住後發現中央空調沒有冷風 現在是5月底 夏天 空調不開 打電話後給開了一會兒 建議用不起集中的就給客房裝分體 不要主觀認為不熱不潮，衞生間的地巾掛在毛巾桿上 真長見識，別家是14點前退房 這家是13點前，清晨鳥叫聲很大 比下大雨的聲音還大 關窗也能聽見 ，湖景房的湖景幾乎被樹木完全擋住，房間隔音差，漱口水杯子臟 沒清洗消毒，我住四樓 從早晨六點多就總聽見樓上有高跟鞋來回走路 煩死了……優點是前台服務態度好 洗髮水比較好用。

房間味道特別大，酒店除了讓我們開門開窗，沒有其他解決辦法。
酒店位置不錯，石鼓書院走路大概1公里，還可以直接去西湖公園散步，對面希朵曼麪包店的蛋撻非常好吃，附近還有“回家吃飯”，“家有小味”等幾家當地特色餐廳，就是太太太辣了。

忘了拍照了。整個西湖山莊都很好，估計是以前搞單位接待的地方，所以整體感覺非常不錯。地理位置很好，就在西湖公園邊上。酒店對面一條街有很多餐館，選擇很多。酒店乾淨、床舒服，早餐雖然品種不多，但是管飽，哈哈哈！如果下車去衡陽，我還會選擇這裏入住。
