I forgot to bring my razor and facial cleanser, but the housekeeping lady replied to me without seeing it. That’s great! I'm not sure what I'm asking you for? If you lose it, just lose it. It’s nothing and it’s not worth much. Don't be too casual

Very bad experience. The TV is facing the bed and cannot be turned off; there is no screen, the window is difficult to control, and mosquitoes wake me up in the middle of the night. The door is not soundproof, and people start moving around the door after six o'clock.

到過什麼城市，住過很多酒店🏨。但是這次的縵吉酒店是體驗最好，服務最好最温馨的酒店。
提供衡山西高鐵站接送站服務:我們行李很多，會幫忙拿行李還送上房間。
衞生：房間乾淨，拖鞋，毛巾全都用獨立包裝袋封好的。
環境：親子房雖然房間不大，但是温馨。有準備一兩樣小零食和小禮物。
服務：我們帶了孩子吃的飯菜，會幫忙去加熱。
約好送高鐵站的時間，臨近時間段會還和打電話提醒，最最最主要的是還送了瓶裝水和特產。第一次遇到這麼好的酒店。想着這麼好的服務價格會很貴，結果價格超親民。

酒店位置靠近南嶽大廟，步行十分鐘左右。高鐵到衡山西酒店有專車接送站服務，比較方便。酒店早餐很豐富，品類非常多，味道也蠻好的，而且對小孩比較友好，沒有單獨要求補差價。管家樂樂和家斌服務熱情，細緻周到，點個贊！
