首先高鐵站接送這個服務真心不錯的，我一個帶兩個小孩真心方便，大叔幫忙搬運行李，很友好。前台小哥態度也非常好，知道我帶小孩給我換安靜的的房間，有問必答，前台糖和水可以自取免費，爬山剛需啊。廚房出品很好，煮麪的非常好吃，晚餐也好吃，環境很好的，晚上在院子乘涼舒服啊。有游泳池，小孩很喜歡。位置在山腰，相當好。

此次衡山之行做的最正確的一件事就是預訂了這家民宿，真的是超級好！民宿極為乾淨舒服，小花園喜慶又美麗，床品洗簌用品都是高檔酒店的配置，飯菜可口，菜量良心，清燉土雞湯真是絕絕子。老闆高鐵接送站，話不多説，幫拿行李，處處周到；前台小哥俊秀內斂但超級熱情，總是麪含笑意，幫我們看爬山路線，車送到爬山路口……最後一天家人突感不適，嘔吐頭暈，小哥端水送葯，老闆開車送醫院又送到車站，太感動了！這篇點評，真心實意，從頭到尾，老闆都沒有要求任何五星好評，但作為顧客，誠心感謝，發自肺腑，相信這樣良心老闆的經營下，民宿生意定會越來越好！

1，室外環境不錯，處半山腰，設施上主人也很用心：中小型泳池兩個、燒烤爐、鞦韆、各種休閑椅、溪水石…… 2，交通上挺方便，店主家人免費接送及時放心，離高鐵站也就半小時內，車輛乾淨舒適 3，室內設施上，感覺是請過設計師規劃，但店主説是自己設計的，還是蠻用心的：ToTo智能沖洗馬桶，智能燈光空調控制系統、自動化燒水、淋浴間寬大。（不足的是陽台門把手壞了、陽台射燈壞了，要及時修。*石鋪在走廊有點誇張，長者行動受限） 4，服務上挺自然放心的：不商業化推廣、有求必應、有早餐免費、中晚餐點菜、房間有小點心吃（包裝的，不知是否收費？）、臨走還送小禮品。反正每個服務人員都還挺暖心的，就是不計較！

很棒的一次體驗，酒店坐落在景區內近半山腰，空氣、風景很好，全屋智能設備也都很棒。自帶餐廳口味也很贊，關鍵是小哥們服務非常的熱情到位。酒店除了有高鐵站的接送，並且在大廟處他們還有家分店，我們客人可以輕鬆攀爬南嶽，然後行李他們可以幫忙送達山腳下的大廟店，嗯，然後我們下山後再去拿上就好了，非常棒的體驗，商務、居家旅遊兩相宜！
