房間沒打掃就讓住進去了，後面讓換一個房間，本來住9樓，房卡上寫12樓，又跑到一樓換；第二天退房説放個東西在這，一會朋友過來拿，前台直接説我們不負責保管，丟了不關我們的事，態度極差
