The room smells like cigarettes and many people smoke in the lobby
The breakfast coffee machine is broken. The soy milk machine is broken.

There were takeaway bags from the previous guest under the sofa which had not been cleaned up. The ceiling light cannot be turned off and is very bright at night. The windows are so small that it's no different from having no windows, and the air conditioner is also very noisy

Don't come, don't come. We checked in at 5pm. There were 4 of us. The front desk clerk called the guests' full names one by one to verify their faces like they were interrogating a prisoner. The room was very small and didn't match the pictures at all. The water in the shower was not hot enough. The towels were dirty.

I don't understand how this hotel got a 4⭐ rating. It's on a low floor, poorly decorated, and I live in a cinema room without a video membership. The projector is blurry and I can't watch it. There's no screen either, and it projects directly onto the wall.

The room I booked is 30 square meters with a 1.8-meter bed. The front desk gave me room 206 which is only 10 square meters with a 1.5-meter bed. The soundproofing in the room is poor and it is very noisy.
