Typical Chinese breakfast with very minor western cuisine. The shower room door is tearing can’t be closed, hopefully it won’t drop on next guest. Funny TV control seems for show only can’t control TV, only volume high low. Bed sheet with stain. The front desk staffs are nice, can’t blame them for those problems. There are a small drawer with boxes of small items, hair clips, hand bands and toilet lid’s cover, etc. With such high prices don’t really worth.

(1) I was really surprised by the fact that the kettle they provided had paint peeling off the edge! I checked in late the day before and didn't pay much attention. I just felt that there was something in the water I drank. It was not until dawn that I found out that it was the paint peeling off the kettle. I never expected it! Never seen it before! Pictures 1-3 are kettles with peeling paint, and the 4th picture is paint residue on the tea table.
(2) The rooms facing the street are very noisy at night and the windows are not soundproof at all. Because it is close to the main road, the sounds of buses and motorcycles are heard one after another. The front desk clerk said the sound insulation was very good, which really left me speechless!
I don’t want to comment on other things. Is this the level of Atour? !

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There is almost no sound insulation. I can hear the sound of the faucet next door when I go to bed at 12 o'clock in the evening. Every two or three days, the sound of people walking in the corridor can be heard clearly. There was no service at all. I had to wait for 20 minutes outside the parking lot for the waiter to press the remote control.
