服務態度很好，還為我們老年人升級了一個房間房，間寬敞，酒店設施齊全，衞生條件還可以，酒店臨街，購物吃飯都很方便，有停車場但很容易走錯，早餐有待提升。

感覺良好，第一次來衡陽玩，陪女朋友一起。跟前台反映換房間問題，反饋很迅速到位。然後衞生阿姨很認真，還不小心誤會她了，以為丟失充電器，但女朋友在包裏找到了。整個體驗都不錯，床很大很舒服，附近點外賣下館子什麼的都很方便。

我必須要給這家酒店一個差評！這次入住體驗簡直糟糕透頂。首先，衞生狀況極差。房間裏的床單看起來皺巴巴的，上面還有明顯的污漬，像是之前住過的客人沒有清理乾淨就直接用了。衞生間更是慘不忍睹，馬桶圈上有不明污垢，洗手枱也滿是水漬和頭髮，讓人感覺非常噁心，完全沒有達到一個酒店該有的清潔標準。其次，服務態度也讓人難以接受。前台工作人員在辦理入住手續時，態度冷漠，眼神遊離，對我的問題愛答不理，感覺他們根本不在乎客人的感受。當我向他們反映房間衞生問題時，他們衹是敷衍地説會處理，但直到我退房，問題都沒有得到解決。再者，酒店的設施也很陳舊。房間裏的電視畫面模糊不清，遙控器按鍵失靈，影響了我正常的娛樂需求。空調製冷效果極差，即使調到最低温度，房間裏還是悶熱難耐，讓我一晚上都沒睡好覺。交通位置雖然相對便利，但周邊環境嘈雜，晚上車輛和行人的聲音不斷，根本無法安靜休息。總之，這家酒店無論是衞生、服務還是設施都存在嚴重問題，完全不符合我所期待的住宿體驗。強烈建議大家謹慎選擇，避免像我一樣遭受這樣的糟糕待遇。 --- 希望以上內容對你有所幫助，你可以根據實際情況對內容進行調整修改。要是你還有其他想法，隨時告訴我。

酒店屬於比較老的那種，房間面積不大，床夠大，空間活動較小，走廊有點壓抑，衞生間反味挺大，窗外噪音太大。有早餐品種不多，有免費的停車場，停車方便。
