Shen Long Hotel

This is the first time I give a bad review. I am really angry. I booked a double bed room which was upgraded. The room opened by the front desk was indeed two single beds put together. It is outrageous. They even said on the phone that there will be customers who require two single beds to be put together into a double bed room. Don't you think it is far-fetched to say this? It's really bad for a 4 star hotel to fool customers like this

Three aspects of negative reviews: 1. When I checked in for the first time, I negotiated with the hotel to give me breakfast, but when I was eating, the restaurant said it didn't have it. I asked the restaurant to communicate with the front desk to confirm, but the restaurant said they were busy and unwilling to communicate. I had to go to the hotel front desk to communicate and solve the problem. It can be seen that the internal communication mechanism of the hotel is non-existent; 2. When I checked in, I asked the front desk to send two more bottles of water to the room. I agreed at the time, but when I left the hotel, no one sent it. I went out to get it myself; 3. When I checked out, the supervisor-like name was "***" and asked me how my stay experience was. I reported the above situation, but she did not do any investigation or objective verification. First, she shirked the responsibility. I directly confronted her. If you don't even understand the situation, and communicate with subjective positioning to solve the problem, it is a wrong way in itself. I refuse to communicate

The facilities are not up to par. The breakfast staff's service is good. Seeing that I am a fan, they took the initiative to serve it to me for fear of burning me. I like it, but the speed of some front desk staff is much slower. . .
