酒店環境非常好，有洗衣房有水吧，還有大型的停車場，房間還有超大的冰箱，好多超好喝的飲料，零食也配置了很多，房間衞生特別乾淨，床上用品這些都是斬新的，新酒店體驗感就是不一樣，前台服務也超熱情，特別是小莉的，笑容滿面，還安排我在網咖休息，超細心的

我男朋友愛玩遊戲，我就訂了她們家，以為是衡陽比較好的，結果，電腦玩遊戲總掉，房間沒窗户，進門一股子煙味，叫了服務員半天不來，廁所馬桶一直沖水，別人房間打遊戲，我在隔壁聽得清清楚楚，避雷吧各位

看了下是今年新開的電競酒店才訂這家的，結果下午3點半到了前台辦入住，前台告知衞生未打掃完成需等待一下，結果辦好入住後發現房間和預訂的房間不同訂的是4070房卻給了個4060房，打電話給前台反映後前台説弄錯了，需要重新辦理入住。
還是得等房間衞生搞完才能入住，結果硬是等到了5點才進房間，結果一進房間電腦桌上的衞生還是沒弄好，老闆一直也是口頭説理解一下，我理解酒店生意好所以衞生收拾需要時間，第二天退房前酒店工作人員wx問一遍續不續租，退房後電話又問一遍續不續租，既然酒店在按時退房和衞生上這麼注意，為什麼我第一天入住的時候就要硬等一個半小時的房間呢。本來開電競房就是來招待外地朋友的，結果大家一起在這等。
如果服務正常的話，電腦配置和房間還是不錯的，但下次不太可能會再次光顧了。
