這次通過攜程訂房遇到點小問題，聯繫客服後真的挺驚喜的。一開始還擔心處理起來麻煩，沒想到客服態度特別好，接電話的時候語氣就很温和，聽我説明情況時也特別耐心，沒有打斷過，還主動幫我梳理問題關鍵點。
溝通過程中不管我問什麼細節，都解釋得很清楚，哪怕是重複確認的地方，也一直保持着禮貌，完全沒有不耐煩的感覺。處理效率也不錯，沒讓我等太久就給了方案，最後結果也確實合心意。整體下來感覺特別順暢，能感受到是真心在為用户解決問題，這樣的服務態度必須給個大大的好評，以後訂房還會優先選攜程～

床很舒服
下午三點過去的時候阿姨還在搞衞生
被套是看着阿姨換的
我住的房間廁所沒有門
所以有點味道
廁所和洗手間是一個
馬桶前面有一面大鏡子
但是廁所燈太暗了不好化粧
沙發旁邊有個小櫃子
裏面灰有點多
沙發也挺軟的
地點有點偏周圍沒什麼吃的

位置超方便，步行到景區衹要幾分鐘。房間採光好，設施齊全夠用，隔音效果不錯，睡個好覺沒壓力。，可以開票，要加税的，有礦泉水。

一進去被這個陽光驚喜到了，整個床鋪上面都被陽光曬到了☀️感覺很舒服～站在窗户邊欣賞了當天的日落。設施還是齊全的，馬桶蓋上有頭髮沒打掃乾淨，其他都還可以，微信客服服務態度很好
