床品乾淨，但有淡煙味，因為我們一家都不抽煙，所以能聞出來，洗澡水很沖，熱水器燒水很快，還有洗衣機，但我們就住一天就沒用，屋內空調製熱很快，就是衞生間不是馬桶，是蹲坑，長者不方便，住一天就克服了，如果住多天就得換間有馬桶的屋了

我因為考試需要訂購這個酒店，入住的那一天，下午下了火車就給酒店打了電話也是溝通很順暢，因為第一個房間裏床上有些頭髮絲，他們也很積極地給我換了個房間，退房之前也會打電話説一下，然後衹要錄個視頻保證一下就好了，房間都是很乾凈的，也很寬敞，設施都很齊全，很新，沒有什麼異味，跟住在小區的套間一樣
