發黴的拖鞋、掉皮的天花板、油污的桌面、焦黃的床褥，售價150多一晚，令人恍惚的物價，彷彿這裏不是衡陽西郊，而是北上廣的核心地段，“温馨園”似乎並沒有想象中的温馨。

衞生條件極差，房間二樓幾乎是位於地下室，整個房間都在發黴，陰暗潮濕悶熱，到處散發著腐爛的酸臭味，外面還有通宵吵鬧的夜市攤，房間隔音效果極差，外面馬路上大貨車跑過的時候跟地震一樣，樓下的夜市攤主提醒我們倆這個老闆用各種理由亂扣按金，欺負女生，行為極其惡劣，以前還有個女生超時十分鐘就被扣了好多按金，樓道狹窄陰暗連燈都是壞的，二樓實際上就是地下室。房間周邊污水橫流，蚊蟲成羣，還有一堆蟑螂，噁心至極，這個房子還是私自改造的，安全隱患極其嚴重。

衞生很差，被子都不洗的，而且都不能安靜看書，有學生到這裏開房打麻將，吵得很，聲音很大，退房的時候，老闆會有各種藉口不退按金，各位千萬不要入住，你看到的房間展示業麪和你到那裡實際入住的房間完全不一樣，有可能就是地下室

考試訂的房，挺不錯，就在學校正對面幾米的距離，很近非常方便，老闆服務熱情，房間乾淨衞生，整整齊齊，空調效果好，隔音也挺好的，非常滿意！
