衞生很差，被子都不洗的，而且都不能安靜看書，有學生到這裏開房打麻將，吵得很，聲音很大，退房的時候，老闆會有各種藉口不退按金，各位千萬不要入住，你看到的房間展示業麪和你到那裡實際入住的房間完全不一樣，有可能就是地下室

就在衡陽交通學院門口，設施齊全，衞生間，電視，桌子，床，椅子樣樣齊全房間窗户挺大，採光不錯重點是老闆人很熱心推薦推薦推薦

考試訂的房，挺不錯，就在學校正對面幾米的距離，很近非常方便，老闆服務熱情，房間乾淨衞生，整整齊齊，空調效果好，隔音也挺好的，非常滿意！

衞生極差，垃圾桶都沒準備一個，床也是搖搖晃晃的，床上用品很舊，桌子及椅子有灰塵，衞生間衹有一個蹲廁，其他基本的梳粧台、洗漱台都沒有。關鍵是房價還貴，170元，13點退房多收了我50元,大家千萬別去住，誰去誰後悔

環境差基礎設施差，裏面的座椅都是壞的，門出去還不能鎖根本鎖不了，手機上可以免費享受延遲退房老闆不承認，上房間的樓道燈也是壞的
